Use Your Arms!
Think of a train
(locomotive)
Yes!! Those old steam locomotive train.
If you observe the arms on those train pushing forward and
backwards as the train moves forward. The faster the arm moves
the faster the train will go.
If we apply the same principle to running it will improve you
running performance a lot, it will give you coordination and
rhythm and also improve your breathing.
Arm’s from elbow should be bent and is parallel to the
ground when in a relax stride, you should swing your fist to
chest height and back to hip position, swinging complete arm from
shoulders.
Your left arm will move with your right leg and your right arm
with left leg, do not try to hard ,it only sound complicated but
we all do this everyday but does not pay much attention to it.
Just think of it as your gas pedal in your car, the faster you
swing the faster you go
